Thunder & Lightning Contracting LLC established in 2017 is a concrete and sitework contractor specializing in ADA-compliant concrete improvements and comprehensive commercial and residential concrete services. Our core capabilities include ADA ramp and sidewalk upgrades, concrete slab installation and repair, foundations, sheet piling, and full site concrete scope such as curbs, sidewalks, and flatwork.

We also perform supporting site work including grading, stone base installation, storm sewer work, retaining wall systems and small- to mid-scale sheet piling installations for earth retention, trench support, and structural site improvements. Our team is experienced in completing work within active commercial environments while maintaining safety, schedule, and compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.

Thunder & Lightning Contracting LLC has over eight years of experience performing ADA improvements for PNC Bank locations, consistently delivering compliant, high-quality results. We have also supported Enterprise Rent-A-Car for more than nine years, completing sidewalk replacements, interior slab work, concrete apron installations, trench repair projects, and associated site work.
